Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your Service access. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us (business descriptions, knowledge base text, FAQs, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service for you.
Our platform: All intellectual property in the AIChatBot platform, including software, design, and documentation, belongs to AIChatBot. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
The chatbot responses are generated by third-party AI models (currently OpenAI GPT-4o and/or DeepSeek). Your conversation data is transmitted to these providers in order to generate responses. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to this processing. We are not responsible for the outputs produced by these AI models.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output that forms part of customer-facing communications.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI responses are not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIChatBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we cease providing the Service.
On termination, your access will be disabled and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period, unless required by law to retain it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the client portal. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, through the courts of the jurisdiction in which AIChatBot operates.
