We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. If your account is terminated, we will delete your data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it for longer. Lead emails collected by your chatbot are retained until you delete them or close your account.
Our website and admin portal use only functional, session-based storage (localStorage) to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts that share data with third parties. The embedded chatbot widget uses no cookies of its own.
